Home News Digestive Diseases Queenstown Inaugural Meeting

Digestive Diseases Queenstown was held for the first time August 30-31 as part of Queenstown Research Week.  DDQ brought together scientists and doctors with the shared aim of improving outcomes of patients with gut-related disease. This included health delivery as well as fundamental research.

The conference had four internationally recognised speakers - Elaine Petrof (Canada, microbiology); Matthias Ernst (Australia, immunology); Rob Ramsay (Australia, cancer) and Jason Tye-Din (Australia, celiac disease) - as well as numerous New Zealand doctors and scientists.
